Coaching
OnPoint Fitness offers several coaching packages to meet your individual needs. Training programs are available for triathlon (from sprint to Ironman), swimming and running (5k to marathon).
All coached athletes will receive a 10% discount on OnPoint fitness private swim lessons and clinics.
Running
ChiRunning combines the inner focus and flow of T'ai Chi with the power and energy of running to create a revolutionary running form and philosophy that takes the pounding, pain, and potential damage out of the sport of running.
Whether you're an injured runner, a beginner runner, a marathon runner, a triathlete, or someone who runs to stay fit, ChiRunning has helped thousands improve their technique, reduce injury and achieve personal goals. This technique helps reduce and eliminate: shin splints, IT band syndrome, hamstring injury, plantar faciitus, hip problems and the most famous running injury of all: knee injury.
Walking
The ChiWalking program is an entirely new approach to creating health, fitness and well-being through the activity of walking. ChiWalking blends walking with the inner focuses of T'ai Chi, the ancient Chinese martial art that has gained much notoriety in this country for creating balance, strength, and improved cognition.
The Form emphasizes proper biomechanics of walking, including: good posture, loose joints, engaging one's core muscles, and relaxing the peripheral muscles of the arms and legs. This approach makes walking easier on the body and helps improve and eliminate the aches, pains and discomfort of walking incorrectly.
Swimming
Total Immersion can provide you with all the tools you need to become the best swimmer you can be. Swimmers at our workshops - even those who have been frustrated for years - have seen their swimming improve dramatically in just a few hours.

First Aid/CPR
OnPoint Fitness offers certification and recertification courses for everyone. All programs are nationally recognized, and taught by an American Redcross Certified Instructor. To schedule a First Aid/CPR course for your club,organization or group, please contact us.
