Cancellation Policy

Cancellation IconCancel 14 days before the start of a workshop, training program, or clinic and you will be refunded $190 or $95 (minus $35 processing fee).

Note: If you cancel within 14 days of the workshop, you will not receive a refund, but the fee can be credited towards a future workshop purchased through OnPoint Fitness Corp. within one year with no penalty.

We require at least 24 hours notice for canceling or rescheduling an appointment.  The full fee of the session will be charged.

Running

Running Program: Beginner/Intermediate Track Workout $150

ChiRunning Workout This program will offer participants guidance and advice from experienced coaches, weekly group training runs, and information sessions about proper running form, hydration, nutrition, etc. The weekly track workouts are designed to provide you with the basis of instruction to allow you to successfully manage any running goal for a lifetime of pain free running. Form and progression will be the focus as we teach skills that reduce the risk of injury, allowing you to make fitness a part of your everyday life.

Lloyd Henry Running Workshops

One-day ChiRunning Workshop (7 hours) $250

In this workshop you will learn the basic ingredients of the ChiRunning® Technique: Posture, Lean,Lift & Arm Swing and Advanced ChiRunning® Technique: Gears, Stride Length, Cadence, Pelvic Rotation & Hills. We will be guiding you through many exercises and drills designed to leave you with a clear sense of what the ChiRunning technique feels like in your body. We will not be doing lots of running (contrary to what you might imagine), so no matter what condition you’re in, have no fear. We will spend the day alternating between demonstrations, fun exercises and technique drills…the nature of the day will be relaxed, full, and inspiring.


Half-day ChiRunning Workshop (4 hours) $150

The ChiRunning Essentials workshop includes four hours of instruction in a single 1/2 day course.  In this workshop you will learn the basic ingredients of the ChiRunning® Technique: Posture, Lean, Lift & Arm Swing. You will get lots of personal attention and enjoy a rich learning experience packed with good information to help you run injury-free for the rest of your life.

Advanced ChiRunning Workshop (3 hours) $125

In this workshop you will learn the basic ingredients of the Advanced ChiRunning® Technique: Gears, Stride Length, Cadence, Pelvic Rotation & Hills. You will get lots of personal attention and enjoy a rich learning experience packed with good information to help you run injury-free for the rest of your life.

Private & Semi-Private ChiRunning Clinic $190

The Private & Semi-Private ChiRunning Clinic teaches the basic ingredients of the ChiRunning® Technique: Posture, Lean, Lift & Arm Swing. You will get lots of personal attention and enjoy a rich learning experience packed with good information to help you run injury-free for the rest of your life.

Tune-up (1 hour) $85

If you’re already practicing your ChiRunning focuses (attend a workshop or clinic) and want to improve your form, or if you want to explore one of our topics in more depth.

Group Instruction

If your club, organization, company, church, association or other group is interested in developing a fitness program incorporating the injury prevention and energy efficient principles of ChiRunning, please feel free to contact us.

ChiRunning Tune-UP w/ Video Analysis $49

video camera orangeWhether you are new to ChiRunning or have been practicing for a while, video analysis is a key tool for form improvement. In our ChiRunningTune-Up sessions, we use a video camera to document your current form and make corrections. These hour-long sessions designed to promote awareness of your form will:

· Review body position and current stroke/form
· Identify technique flaws
· Suggest corrections and modifications to technique

While additional running sessions are required to build fitness and effect form technique improvement, a video analysis is a great way to assess and measure progress. Tune up sessions are conducted in a small class format with a limited number of participants.
