Optimize your training and race potential! Through a more structured and detailed training program, we will prepare you for a successful St. Croix Half Ironman. You will train with like-minded athletes in an attentive and friendly environment.

We will lead you through the comprehensive program and successfully get you across the finish line.

Program details:

  • Two group training sessions per week
  • Swim sessions - technique and open water
  • Bike sessions - technique and power with your own bike
  • Running sessions – long runs and track workouts
  • Strength training program
  • Race site clinics
  • Clinics included in the program:  
    - Transition
    - Bike maintenance
    - Nutrition for training and racing
    - Race strategy
    - Mental preparation and motivation.

You will explore and develop a full range of vital basic and advanced training techniques; information you will use for the rest of your triathlon career.

Details & Policies
Every athlete will get a coolmax t-shirt and swim technique DVD. All classes dates and times are tentative and may change. A 50% refund will be given if you cancel more than two weeks before the start of class. No refunds within two weeks of the class start date. Any coupons or other discounts must be taken at time of purchase only.
